For years we’ve taught mozzarella stretching, but now we’re starting from scratch!
Learn the basics of using rennet to turn milk into cheese in a mozzarella-making demonstration. Then stretch Caputo Brothers curd into your own fresh mozzarella balls. You’ll wrap up class with a cheese tasting and comparison between fresh and aged Cherry Grove Farm cheeses, then depart with your fresh mozzarella and our signature class folder full of materials and recipes to use at home.
